         Your Exellency, esteemed Mr. President, dear friend,

         It is with sincere pleasure that I congratulate you on the occasion of your victory in the presidential elections in the Republic of Turkmenistan. I am sure that this victory reflects the conviction of the people of your country that you are working for the benefit of both the Republic of Turkmenistan and of all of its citizens.

         In the next term in office I wish you vision, energy and strenghts to continue on the path you are leading your country in this turbulent times. At he same time I wish that bilateral relations between Croatia and Turkmenistan (which I touched upon in my recent letter to you) continue to develop in the mutual interes of both countries.
